All work is delivered on a time and materials basis, in place of the fixed-price, per-user or per-device model typical of managed services, so our engagements adapt to each client’s environment, and you pay only for the work performed.

A new engagement typically begins with an initial security audit and health check. This allows us to understand your current systems and recommend improvements before any ongoing work begins. From there, support can be billed monthly for the time used, or through a prepaid block of hours or a monthly retainer drawn down against the work performed.
